Zero Liquid Discharge System Process Lifecycle

Zero Liquid Discharge System Process Lifecycle

Our comprehensive ZLDS process is a meticulously designed and systematically executed system that leverages cutting-edge technology and equipment, managed by experienced professionals. At the outset, the combined effluent water exhibits a dark colour with a pH level between 9 to 11. Total dissolved solids range from 5000 to 6000 mg/ltr, and total suspended solids measure at 200 mg/ltr. The COD stands at 1500 mg/ltr, while BOD registers at 300 mg/ltr. As the process unfolds, pH levels and total dissolved solids dramatically decrease, eventually rendering the water colourless and completely eliminating total suspended solids, COD, and BOD, exemplifying the effectiveness of our approach.

  • Dye & wash water Collection Tank

    • - Back wash effluents

  • Primary Clarifier

    • - Colour Removal

    • - Sludge settling

  • Aeration Tank

    • - To remove organic load

  • Bio settling

  • Sodium hypo chlorite dosing clarifier to feed

  • Tertiary Clarifier

    • - Turbidity reduction

    • - Colour removal

  • To collect clean treated water

  • Filters

    • - Sand filter – to arrest TSS

    • - Carbon filter – to polish the treated water

  • Ultra filtration

    • - To reduce turbidity

    • - To remove colloidal particles

  • Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO)

    • - To Remove High TDS to Low TDS through semi permeable membrane by HP pump

  • Evaporator

    • - To treat RO reject and recovering condensate water and mixed salt through centrifuge

  • Recovery from RO MEE

    • - Based on feed water in RO we can able to recover 90-95% in achieving from RO and MEE

  • Sludge Management

    • - Sludge generation from clarifier and aeration we can able to handle through filterpress and decanter
